The challenge

Voice 21 is a national charity that helps teachers and schools to provide oracy education – the ability to articulate ideas, develop understanding and engage with others through spoken language.

Voice 21 were changing the way they worked with teachers and schools, so they needed to restructure their Salesforce architecture and processes to support these changes.

Voice 21 also needed to track the engagement levels of organisations and individuals in order to highlight areas where engagement of existing schools could be improved.

The solution

Alscient worked with Voice 21’s key stakeholders and subject matter experts to get under the skin of the business objectives. The complex and unique stages of the new process were mapped and overlayed onto the existing process and Salesforce design.

Alscient also implemented the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack which includes engagement and activity planning features.

By working with and extending the existing design and utilising Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success pack, the costs associated with an entirely new implementation were avoided.

The result

Alscient were able to deliver a solution that accurately reflects Voice 21’s new processes within tight deadlines.

By implementing the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, Alscient can help organisations track and improve engagement levels with key stakeholders and give them the tools and skills to set up and execute their own customised engagement programmes.
