Alscient worked with Voice 21’s key stakeholders and subject matter experts to get under the skin of the business objectives. The complex and unique stages of the new process were mapped and overlayed onto the existing process and Salesforce design.
Alscient also implemented the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack which includes engagement and activity planning features.
By working with and extending the existing design and utilising Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success pack, the costs associated with an entirely new implementation were avoided.
