Academy

The Alscient Academy supports people at the start of the technology career while helping to support our growth strategy, We take a cohort of new talent into the Academy each year and provide a training path to develop their skills and experiences as developers and consultants.

The training involves following standard training paths while working alongside consultants to follow how we take ideas and turn them into solutions for customers. Certifications are gained and once the academy training is complete, you will join a consultant team to work on real world solutions and projects.

The Academy normally follows a period of 12 weeks training but is adapted and tailored to individual needs and expectations. Once enrolled, you will be a full time, salaried employee.
