About Jenny Danson

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Jenny has held senior roles including CEO, COO, and Executive Director across housing, construction, and consultancy. She founded Danery in 2017 to provide executive coaching and consultancy, and launched the Proptech Innovation Network in 2021 to drive innovation in social housing. In 2024 she co-founded the Healthy Homes Hub, creating a collaborative platform to promote healthier, more sustainable living environments. Jenny has worked with over 130 housing associations, local authorities, and combined authorities, and is recognised for her ability to deliver growth, innovation, and practical change.
