We provide credits to charities for Alscient professional services to ensure capped rates of no more than £500 per day across all services.

We are a technology consultancy that has been delivering solutions to public, private and not for profit organisations for over 10 years.

We believe it is fair to ensure organisations who are dedicated to the help and support of those in need should receive our support by ensuring we provide the best service and value that we can. We have therefore committed to ensure no project or service that we provide to this sector will pay more than £500 per day for our professional services. This is achieved by providing charity credits to keep those costs capped, for good.

What’s involved?

We start by working with you to understand your business need, your current need and how we can best support your endeavour.

We then prepare a proposal to design, build and develop a solution. Once you are happy with the proposal, we will then work alongisde you to build, deliver and implement for your team to use.

Next Steps

What is a typical journey?

Step 1 – Discovery Workshop

Arrange a Discovery workshop during which we will spend time with you to understand your immediate need and your service operation.

Step 2 – Proposal

We will deliver a proposal based on the findings in the delivery workshop for you to review and approve.

The proposal will include everything required to move from idea to delivery and use. Support will be provided for testing, service transition and training.

Step 3 – Build

Once the proposal is approved, we will build the solution and work with you to deliver and implement it.

Step 4 – Train

We will include a training session to help guide and support your adoption and use of the solution.

Step 5 – Test

If required, our test team will support the test activities and can prepare a test strategy and test plans as well as performing test execution and reporting for both functional and non-functional areas.

Step 6 – Implement

We can provide a full service transition activity and prepare the implementation plan, support implementation activities and align and support your service management activities.

Step 7 – Support

If required, we can provide a full service solution via our ITIL certified and ISO 20000 accredited Service Management function.
