Three of our team will shortly be undertaking company-sponsored MBAs at the University of Leeds Business School, increasing our ability to offer strategic business change and growth advice to our clients.
All colleagues will be undertaking 360-degree coaching, to help identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for growth, under the guidance of external consultants. Consisting of a full-day workshop, online diagnostics, and three hours individual coaching for each team member, focusing on identifying opportunities for growth, all Alscient staff will receive their own personal development plan as well as access to practical tools to help them go further, faster.
Finally, leadership and strategic directions training, also from the University of Leeds Business School, will help senior managers within the company to offer the vision, inspiration and practical management their teams need to succeed, and allow us to focus on developing and delivering the culture we need to not only retain but grow our people. With a rigorous focus on project management, and solution design, the programme will ensure that the leadership team at Alscient can deliver rapid, cost-effective transformational projects for our clients.
